Chief Executive Officer
Josh Simon leads the organizational development and implementation of TRUE Standard. He currently serves as Assistant Principal of the Boys Division of the Rabbinical College of America – Elementary School, bringing direct school-leadership experience to the framework’s growth, partnerships, and day-to-day operation.
Director of Education
Mordy Evers directs the educational development of TRUE Standard. He was trained directly by Rabbi Yisroel Stiefel, the original developer of the TRUE Method, and became the first professional to receive the Educational Support Professional credential. His work keeps the framework’s training, field practice, and student outcomes aligned with the method.
Method development
The TRUE Method was originally developed by Rabbi Yisroel Stiefel through direct classroom and student-support work. What began as a practical response to students whose needs were being missed became a defined educational method: Trust, Relate, Understand, Empower.
The work began with the belief that students need more than help in the moment. They need adults who can connect, understand, and teach tools that lead toward independence.
